Negative: During my recent stay at this property I experienced a significant level of disappointment that I feel compelled to share. Upon arrival, I was immediately disheartened to find a broken flower vase on the balcony of my room. This not only created an unpleasant sight but also rendered the balcony unusable, which was particularly upsetting as I had looked forward to spending some quiet moments there. The balcony was supposed to be a relaxing space, but instead, it felt neglected and unsafe.
Moreover, the condition of the room itself was far from what had been promised in the pictures. The room was neither clean nor tidy, which was especially concerning given that I was traveling with a newborn. I had explicitly mentioned this in my booking, hoping for a comfortable and hygienic environment for my baby. Unfortunately, the lack of cleanliness made the stay uncomfortable and stressful, undermining the restful experience I had anticipated.
Overall, the combination of the broken vase and the untidy room left me feeling let down by the hotel’s standards and service. It is my hope that the management will take these issues seriously to improve the experience for future guests, particularly those with young children who require a safe and clean environment.
